Ronin Flix is now taking orders for Code Red’s new Blu-ray release of Ruggero Deodato’s 1977 cannibal flick Jungle Holocaust.

The first of Deodato’s cannibal movies stars Massimo Foschi, Ivan Rassimov, and Me Me Lai. The film tells the now familiar story of the “civilized” white man who finds himself in a struggle for survival amongst a tribe of violent natives still living in the Stone Age.

Jungle Holocaust aka Last Cannibal World was a precursor to Deodato’s more vicious Cannibal Holocaust (1980), but still contains its fair share of violence, gore, and assorted nastiness.

The new Blu-ray will include a limited slipcover while supplies last and can be purchased at https://roninflix.com/collections/brand-new/products/jungle-holocaust

Below are synopsis and technical specs from Ronin’s website, and a NSFW trailer for the film:

“When Robert Harper’s plane goes down in New Guinea and he is separated from his companion, Robert finds himself stranded in the jungle. He soon discovers a native civilizaton there. But they are a cruel group of cannibals. Tortured and humiliated, Robert is taken to the edge of sanity.
