‘The Party’s Just Begun’: Production Underway on New ‘Night of the Demons’ Doc

It was announced over the summer that a new documentary on the Night of the Demons films was in the works, which would cover all four films of the horror franchise.  The creators of the doc launched an Indiegogo campaign on November 26th to help complete the project with a targeted release by October 2019.

Directed by Kevin S. Tenney, the original Night of the Demons was released in 1988. The film, starring Linnea Quigley and Amelia Kinkade, gained a cult following on VHS and spawned two sequels in the 1990s.  There was also a remake in 2009 with Edward Furlong and Monica Keena.

The new documentary, entitled The Party’s Just Begun: The Legacy of Night of the Demons, will be hosted by Amelia Kinkade (“Angela”, Night of the Demons 1, 2, and 3). It will feature interviews with Hal Havins (“Stooge”), Lance Fenton (“Jay”), Linnea Quigley (“Suzanne”), Billy Gallo (“Sal”), director Kevin S. Tenney, special effects artist Steve Johnson, and more cast & crew from the original “Demons” and its follow-ups.
